1. Service Description
Palpa AI provides a restaurant operating system including QR-based menu browsing, AI-powered ordering (text and voice), kitchen management, waiter task management, counter billing, stock management, and business intelligence.
2. Subscription
Access to Palpa AI is provided under subscription plans (Trial, Starter, Growth, Pro). Plans have defined limits for tables, branches, and AI usage. Customers must maintain accurate payment information for paid plans.
3. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to: attempt unauthorized access to other restaurant data, interfere with service operation, use the platform for illegal activities, or attempt to manipulate AI responses for fraudulent purposes.
4. Service Availability
Palpa AI strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime. Critical issues are prioritized based on operational impact.
